Lead a Sip & Vibe in your city.

Help the women around you get curious, confident and creative with AI. You don’t need a technical background. You need warmth, curiosity and people who’d show up for you.

Apply to host

Takes about ten minutes.

What you’d do.

  1. Open the room

    Welcome people, set the tone, keep it relaxed so nobody feels behind.

  2. Guide the build

    Walk the group from first idea to first version with prompts and loving constraints.

  3. Celebrate the work

    Help everyone show what they made and name a next step. On a FUND HER night, you lead the cheer.

Who we’re looking for.

  • You make people feel welcome, whatever their comfort with tech.
  • You use at least one AI tool, even if you’d never call yourself technical.
  • You’ve guided people before: teaching, coaching, organizing, mentoring or leading a community.
  • You hold a room kindly: patient with questions, clear with time.
  • You’re rooted in your city and can find a venue and fill it.
  • You’ll run the Sip & Vibe format as designed, and tell us how it went.

Coaching from a Sip & Vibe member

We match you with someone in our community who’s qualified to coach you on hosting, ideally in your city or nearby when possible.

A hand with your first event

Depending on what we plan and any sponsorship, Alexis may co-host your first Sip & Vibe with you.

The facilitator program is by application. If cost is a barrier, tell us in your application. Sponsorship and partial assistance may be available.

Every facilitator trains with a member of Sip & Vibe.

    A friendly conversation to get to know each other and answer your questions.

  3. Training, then your first date

    We walk you through the format, then help you set a date in your city.
