How it works

A facilitated build day, designed to build real AI confidence.

Not a bootcamp. Not a hackathon. A warm room, a real goal, and the support to make it visible. Confidence with AI comes from creation, community and visible progress, so every gathering follows the same five stages, from first idea to a closing toast.

The Journey

The Sip & Vibe Journey

11:00 AM – 4:00 PM · a half-day flow

A welcoming build day, from arrival to celebration. Move through five stages with time to connect, explore an idea, make a first version, and share what you created. Guidance, refreshments, and peer support are part of the experience.

Arrive & ConnectA soft landing with music, a drink, and the room.
11:00 AM

Doors open with music, a drink, and a soft landing. No pressure to have an idea yet — the day starts with people, not tasks.

What happens
  • Signature mocktail or coffee on arrival
  • Nametags and one-line intros
  • A quick tour of the space and the day
GOAL

A seat, a drink, and three people whose names you know.

Key Takeaway — We hold space for arrival — authentic connection first is key to a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Find the SparkAI fundamentals, tools overview, and a guided prompt round.
11:30 AM

AI fundamentals, an overview of the tools, and a guided prompt round to surface an idea, question, or itch worth building on today.

What happens
  • Prompt cards to unlock what's been circling
  • 1:1 spark partner to pressure-test it
  • Pick one idea to carry forward
GOAL

A single sentence describing what you want to make.

Key Takeaway — If you arrived with an idea, we sharpen it. If you didn't, we help you find one.

Shape the BuildTranslate the spark into a clear first-version goal.
12:00 PM

Translate the spark into a clear first-version goal — small enough to finish, real enough to share.

What happens
  • Scope canvas
  • Success criteria in one line
  • A short pitch to your table
GOAL

A clear idea and a small plan for your first version: what you want to make, who it is for, and what you’ll focus on today.

Key Takeaway — First draft, not final version.

Vibe & BuildLock in and build out the details of your vision.
1:00 – 3:00 PM

Now it's time to vibe. Lock in and start building out the details of your vision with AI-supported tools, snacks, beverages, and team spirit as the fuel.

What happens
  • Prompt, generate, refine
  • Table-mates as first users
  • Facilitators floating for assistance to anyone
GOAL

Have fun, vibe, build, enjoy snacks, and connect — with a working first version you can open on your phone.

Key Takeaway — Available to assist and support individuals and teams throughout the entire process.

Show & CelebrateA short show-and-tell, group photo, and a closing toast.
3:00 – 4:00 PM

A short show-and-tell — everyone shares what they made and one thing they'll do next.

What happens
  • 60-second shares
  • Group photo
  • A closing toast
GOAL

A first version live, a next step named out loud, and a community that saw you build it.

Key Takeaway — Your story belongs in the room and your progress deserves to be celebrated.

What to expect

A first version, supported by the room.

What you leave with

A first version: a draft or prototype you can open, show and build on, with a next step you named out loud. It is a supported starting point, not a finished, production-ready website.

Refreshments

Coffee, tea, mocktails and snacks are part of the day.

What to bring

Your laptop and your ideas. Before the event, we’ll email you a prep playbook with some direction on setting up your accounts and preparing a few things before you arrive, so you feel ready. Depending on the event, we often host a Q&A about a week before to say hello and answer any questions you have.

Six principles

Why it works.

Hands-on learning

People retain more when they apply a tool to a real goal instead of watching another tutorial.

Personal relevance

An idea you care about provides stronger motivation than an abstract practice exercise.

Social learning

Seeing how other people think, build, and troubleshoot expands what feels possible.

Psychological safety

A welcoming environment makes experimentation, questions, and imperfect first attempts feel normal.

Visible progress

A tangible output turns AI from an abstract topic into a practical capability.

Celebration

Sharing work reinforces confidence and creates a clear moment of completion.

Transformation

AI is not the story. Transformation is.

We care about what becomes possible when you have space to explore. An idea becomes something you can see. A confusing tool becomes something you can try. A question becomes a conversation with someone building beside you. The first version gives you a starting point for what comes next.

For partners

Turn awareness into applied AI fluency.

We work with organizations investing in real skill development — not one-afternoon promises of expertise.
