Your information, handled with care.

This page explains how Sip & Vibe LLC (“Sip & Vibe”, “we”) handles your information. When you use the contact form or the newsletter sign-up, we collect your name (on the contact form), email address, what you are interested in, any note you choose to write, and which form you used. Like most websites, our host may also log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

We use your information only for Sip & Vibe purposes: replying to your message, sending the newsletter and updates you signed up for, and organizing and running events. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use two service providers to run these forms. Neon stores our database, and Resend sends our emails (a confirmation to you and a notification to us). They handle your information on our behalf and only for those purposes.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, which takes you to our unsubscribe page. Confirm there and we will stop emailing you.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@sipandvibe.ai. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it.

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
